in other news, my bike is completely fucked, no response at all from the engine, not the injectors,spark-plug, fuel, battery, starter or cold weather so i dont fucking know what to do with it. might just see if i can sell it and get an early 2000’s Honda CG125

Toggle says:

Looks like a derbi senda 125 – and looks like the same engine

Pat says:

could you get your hands on an aprilia rs4? really want one and want your opinion on it.

stephen beasley says:

Derbi terra engine.

Aden Lamb says:

woo! YT notifications coming in slow today…

Andrew Nimmo says:

Do you think you would be able to do a review of the Keeway Superlight 125? I know its not exactly of your style but I’d imagine there’d be many people (including myself) that would be very interested in what you think of it, thanks!

ben llewellyn says:

Torque is calculated by multiplying maximum power by time (rpm) so it having a full powered learner legal engine means it has been tuned to have more top end power than low end grunt, also the larger wheel have the effect of gearing it up so it will effect the low end I believe that the supermoto will probably be a bit better as the gearing won’t be a bit weird

Flow TechPK says:

Do you think there’s any chance of you getting the 2017 sinnis Apache to review?

The engine looks very similar to the one on my derbi gpr 125

Jake TheGardenSnake says:

Looks really nice. Seems like they’ve had to tune it more for emissions than for power or efficiency. Maybe with an exhaust and a reflash it would be good.

good review!

Jay B says:

If I enjoyed burning money I’d buy one tomorrow

Jan Verschueren says:

Well, you say we shouldn’t judge by just one bike, but this is the 21st century and a manufacturer should be able to produce a consistent product. If you’ve got stuff arriving into Britain with a sticky fuel level gauge and a dodgy clutch switch, other bikes might have clutch or throttle cable issues or leaking brake calipers. It’s not confidence inspiring to see a demo bike have niggles like that.

Test ride a crf450r

coast2coast00 says:

False neutral is not the same as shifting mistakenly into neutral. A false neutral happens between gears other than first and second and it can put you between unexpected gears, so always shift up from a false neutral.
You can go from 5>4 and end up in false neutral between 3-4 so if you shift down you could end up locking the wheel.

TheZep1 says:

That’s the exact same engine as the derbi senda adventure 125 that was my second 125 I had, and they are great, 4 stroke tho. But not bad at all. Was very reliable and faster than a lot of 125s

Lander F says:

Seems expensive compared to the Sinnis Blade which can still be bought new for half the price..

x Pace says:

Test ride the yzf r125

alistair tang says:

False neutrals is no biggy if it’s due to a poorly adjusted shifter. My cbr500r did that for ages and couldn’t figure out why. The a wise man said “try adjusting the shift lever” haven’t had any problems since. Mine was too low and made my foot go into a funny angle reducing the amount of force into the lever although I was pushing up positively.
