Sebastian Jeppsson says:

hey marcel, i just got woodcraft clipons on my 16 s1k. the have to be pointed really far back to avoid them hitting the farings when turning the bar from side to side.. how did you fix this issue?

Thanks !

Getis Realis says:

Marcel, digging the hair in the opening pit shots. Lower pressure, better bump absorption. Really liking your Schuberth set-up, audio, camera mounted and all, very cool. Any word from BMW about future wheelie control?

roastlambpie says:

Never gave Tyre moving on the wheel a thought before

Interesting with rear brake usage, I have heard so many mixed messages from people to do it and not to do it

I’m still way off any type of competitive race pace (14+ seconds haha) but will give it a try next time out on the track and see if works for me, thanks for the tip

ValiRossi says:

I wrote many 10s of thousands of lines of code for a 2 billion dollar Bridgestone tire plant. They make the good stuff.

Flo says:

hey do you have a reference for the best tire pressure on the v02? im running the front at 31 psi, a lot higher than you do.

Lupo says:

Does rear brake help the rear stand out a bit more and get the bike turned a little earlier or am I wrong on this? What’s the main aim for you when using the rear? Also would that be something worth trying off the track, with usual tyres or a trick that’s best left for the track?

Carlos Aero says:

Track was cold, wasn’t it? What if you put 2psi more on front to stop cooling on the track?

Marc Givogue says:

lol – finally got that colour out…wait till it comes back!

wuzup76020 says:

Love me some stones.. Rode those same tires to 40 or so podiums over the last few years. Best contingency program in the country too. was this test using the 120 or the 125 V profile. I ran the “V” shaped front and It helped emensily on tip in for the bigger cc bikes.

Paul Harris says:

Way too low pressure in the front for v02, vo2 front should be running 34 hot. Do not run lower than 31.

Getis Realis says:

8:42 – Wow, nah, nah, nah, nah – BRAKES!!!!

jhedges19 says:

How many heat cycles can the tires do?

Sean Mapley says:

I’ve started riding at the track. Should I use the rear brake under hard braking? I find it hardly does anything except lock up my rear tire, which has caused me to run off twice.

Getis Realis says:

I’ll be honest, I’ve raced on Pirellis too, but the Bridgestone is just a better tire. The Ghost with 60 fps is so dang good, that’s my next camera.

Fernando Henrique Monteiro da Silva says:

28:00 woool…
Brazil follows you Marcel

Jesus Mezquita says:

How do they compare to contitrac? Better or worse?
