Micah – Our in-city roads generally go up to 45 MPH before the step up to highway speeds. Drivers normally go about 50 MPH on those same roads, and so sharing those roads is most safely done at 50. Can you discuss possible upgrades that could reasonably be done to increase max speed to 50 MPH (controller, battery, gearing, etc )?

King of gay. Maybe in the future. But for that much I’d buy a mini (gas) bike that gets 100mpg. Has double the horsepower and can go 60-70mph

Maybe is on the Lebel of the Battery

A) 1:30 mints (40 miles) From Home to Work (On Local Route at 23-30-35 mph)
B) 1:02 mints(39.1 miles) From Home to Work ( On Palisade Hwy, is 55 Max Speed)

How would I configure a hub motor that would perform roughly as a small 10 hp go kart engine? A conversion calculator puts that at about 7500 watts, I can find a 8000 watt motor, but my calculations put that at 83 amps with 96 volts. Does this sound right? It would be for a wake winch.
