I love the look of choppers – beautifully made functional mechanical sculptures – but damn I never want to ride them. Same with the big baggers with the giant crates 2inches off the ground. Lovely trailer or museum decoration but good for little else.

Test drove an Indian scout and Yamaha stryker yesterday. Both lovely but I felt so comfortable on that chopper inspired stryker. I think the comfort has something to do with the extreme squiding.
